Returns & Refunds

Since our sweets are handmade and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged package, the wrong item, or if there is a quality issue, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Timeline (TAT)
Once you report an issue, our team will review it within 2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will either send a fresh replacement or process a refund. Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of approval and usually take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card). Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.} for questions related to refunds and returns.
