At Maati Mithaas, we take extra care to ensure your sweets reach you fresh and intact. We ship all orders from our facility in Maharashtra. Once you place an order, we typically process and dispatch it within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email as soon as your box of mithaas is on its way.

Delivery Timelines (TAT)
The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on your location:

Within Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, etc.): 2 to 3 business days.

Rest of India (Metro Cities): 4 to 5 business days.

Rest of India (Remote Areas): 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999]. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50-70] will be applied at checkout.

Important Notes
Freshness: Because our sweets are natural and preservative-free, we avoid dispatching orders on Saturday evenings or Sundays to ensure they don’t sit in a courier warehouse over the weekend.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% correct. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details or if the recipient is unavailable.
